I went to my trusty mechanic after my engine light came on. He hooked up his machine to my car and said it was reading that the catalytic converter appeared to be the issue. Unfortunately for me, he does not do that type of work so he referred me over to Victor at Kios. I drove over there, Victor checked my car and told me it would be approximately $470 to replace it. I was ready for him to do the work but he recommended I first pour a bottle of catalytic converter cleaner in my gas tank, drive it for a week and if my check engine light didn't go off after a week to go back and he'd replace it. I drove to O'Reillys, bought a cleaner the employee recommended and followed the instructions on the container. After driving the car around town, the light disappeared. Victor at Kios has proven to be a trust worthy man who just doesn't want to take your money. Unlike some men/shops who will take advantage of women because they think she may not know any better, Victor offered a potential lower cost solution for me before taking my $470. I spent $30 for the cleaner which was a lot cheaper. Thank you Victor at Kios for being such an honest, caring and obviously hard working man. I can't express how deeply appreciative I am of your honesty!

Is because some of the workers dont understand english and sometimes they miss understand what you tell them. I speak Spanish fine but not all people do, so if you come here make sure to ask for the owner or someone who understands English. Just in case you don't speak spanish 👍. Fast service
