Hernandez Tire Shop

Dropped off my rim to get a crack repaired on the inside of the rim on Tuesday the 15th. Came to pick it up this morning Thursday the 17th. to find out they scratched up my rim and paint that I just had painted. Owner refused to accept responsibility or to even go half with me to get rim repainted. But still expected me to pay for the repair! I told them I don’t mind paying for the repair but they need to make it right. They still refused to accept responsibility so I told them take me to court for what I owe. ***Mind you… I’ve been coming to Juan Hernandez shop for over 15years just for them to deny responsibility for damage they did. But we live we learn…

I got a flat tire and could not drive any more . So I walked to this tire shop. I waved someone down and they picked up my truck and drove it for me because I didn't want to mess up my rim. Once we got there they quickly put a new/used tire. ( great condition,) And B4 you're knew it I was on the road again. I cannot tell you how grateful I am to all the gentleman at Hernandez tire shop . Price was more than fair for the tire but I could never re- pay them enough for the outstanding service!

I went in for $15 oil change and it turned into a $65 nightmare. I went in for oil change the employee broke my reservoir for the anit-freeze. I kno it was him because he was the only one under the hood. He proceeded to allow Me to drive off with my toddler in the backseat without telling myself or anyone else he broke the reservoir. 10 minutes later my car starts to overheat.. it smells funky and the lights are going off signaling that I need to turn off the engine.. I was in traffic panicking trying to pull off the road to a safe location. I was on a time cruch , to pick up my kid from daycare and take to karate and was stranded .. I called hernandez told them my car over heated. There is some tube broken and spitting antifreeze all over my brand new engine I just paid for in February. Hernandez Tire shop sent out a mechanic and the mechanic attempted to gas light Me and stated " it's regular wear and tear!". (Knowing it was the guy who changed the oil) They said they would fix it for free labor but I would have to pay for a new reservoir. It was $50... I feel as if the employee who broke it should have had to pay for the part he broke .. I called the shop for 2 days to get some compensation but I was always told that the owner will call me back. And my number was taken but still no response. The whole shop is avoiding accountability. My main concern is the lack of integrity that was given .. for allowing me to drive off into danger with my toddler in the car... that grown man could have opened his mouth and said he accidentally broken the reservoir and made sure we would have been safe but he chose to be a coward instead..and the mechanic who gaslit me . I wonder if all the employees are cowards without integrity... till this day, I have no call back .....

Opens at 8am, I get here at 10:30am and I can even get service here. Came to get my muffler fixed and they tell me the guy is not here yet. This use to be the place to come to but it fell off bad. After I waiting 30mins they tell me he won't be here until 1 hour.
