Labor rate is reasonable and costs are good work done fast. However, I took my car to replace water pump and check for oil leak, to get back with more problems. I agreed to pay for a damaged tire they said I had. But when I got it back 2 tires were changed that were 10 months old and now I have 4 different tires that they are saying wasn’t them. Caps that cover lugs on rim were damaged and instead of them fixing or replacing them they just completely removed them. I picked up my car to drive away and the check engine light came on, my car began to smell strong of gas inside choking my baby and myself brought it back the next day for them to repair. They said nothing was wrong but after 2 days it turned out the mechanic didn’t put one of the fuel lines back and it leaked causing the smell. The check engine code kept reading misfire yet they said they didn’t know what was wrong with it. I also advised them it was leaking oil and if they could fix that but was told the mechanic couldn’t find any oil leaks. I picked up my car a second time to drive away and the check engine light came on AGAIN! Upholstery in car was all dirty and there was a ding on my car I’m sure from the small, always packed parking lot. Fast forward 2 days later I took my car to another shop to fix the misfire code which was basically a tune up and fix the oil leak that was supposedly not there. I guess they could care less after I took my car back the 3rd time all he did was clear the code and said Abraham would be in touch regarding the code. Still waiting on the call. I Do not recommend this place.

This place is a lifesaver! We had issues with our truck this past Sunday morning. Our shifter went out in our RAM truck and Jose and a partner from Hernandez shop had went above and beyond to drive out to us since we were stuck. He tried his best to get us going but we were still stuck. A couple hours later we had our insurance company tow us to Hernandez shop. Let’s just say they had our truck ready and going the very next day! Wow! Fast service and fair prices! Thank you!! We will definitely be back and found a new shop from now on. I also like the fact that they are open on Sundays as most shops aren’t. They also have extended hours staying open until 8pm.

Fantastic service. Came in with a dented exhaust and dislocated muffler from the hanger at the base, the guys were very professional and got us in as a walk-in service within a few minutes. The exhaust unbent, re-attached the muffler to the hanger, and the cover to the exhaust soldered back on at a reasonable price. If there's a place that you're looking for fast and quality service, Hernandez Tire and Automotive is the go to place. Would recommend!

Sunday, March 29, 2026: Wal-Mart, 4 hour wait. Pep-Boys, 4 hour wait. Firestone, 45 min wait and then refused to repair the screw in my tire. Hernandez Tire, no wait, very busy, fixed in 15 min. Phenomenal service!
