I have a 2011 E350 Mercedes that had several issues (Body and Mechanical)and had been sitting in storage for 2 years. This location came highly recommended by several friends and family members so I took a leap of faith and dropped it off. I couldn’t be happier with the results. The attention to detail and care for the littlest things are incredible. Didn’t think anyone one could care as much about my. Ar as I do but this location does. I won’t be going anywhere else when it comes to my cars. I highly recommend it.

They do good work at this shop, my car never gave any shifting issues after having service done to it here. But research and understand what you want done to your car beforehand, like in my scenario I needed a transmission flush and filter. In between the drain pan and the transmission is the pan gasket. If the car comes with a reusable gasket, they will reinstall that old gasket. They have at least some obligation to tell us that since the pan is dropped anyway for a filter and they know the age of the car. According to the owner, Ron, technically the one on my car is reusable. But being a decade+ old, it was already on the way out, so it wouldn't come as a surprise when it started leaking only a little months later. When the pan was dropped, the ability for the gasket to retain fluid had reduced significantly. I went back to the shop and Ron got an OEM replacement installed with a warranty, and gave a fair discount since I did work with them before and he acknowledged that. He showed me the reason why it was the gasket and the leak points which lead him to believe that in the pan. Also, It didn't cost much extra for the OEM and I recommend anyone to stick with OEM for this scenario. Didn't take too long once they got the part, but I did have to wait quite a while to find Ron and approve the job. Repair time was a bit more than 4 hours. Car never sounded and shifted better!

We’ve given this shop more than one chance, and unfortunately, the experience has been consistently disappointing. The first time we brought our vehicle in, we were quoted one price, but it quickly turned into a situation where more and more issues kept being added, increasing the cost without clear communication upfront. We felt like we were being nickel and dimed instead of given an honest, accurate diagnosis from the start. We decided to give them another chance, hoping for a better experience. This time, we clearly explained our concerns and simply asked for transparency we also wanted to make sure the issue was properly diagnosed so we wouldn’t face unexpected additional charges again. Instead of addressing our concerns professionally, the owner responded with a dismissive and disrespectful attitude and told us to just come pick up the truck because he “didn’t feel like working on it.” That level of customer service is unacceptable. As paying customers, we expected professionalism, honesty, and basic respect none of which we received. On top of that, we also observed our vehicle being driven down a public street while it was in their possession, even though the issue we brought it in for was related to the AC, not something that required road testing. That raised additional concerns for us. Based on our repeated experiences, we cannot recommend this shop. You been warned . If you value clear communication and respectful service, you may want to consider taking your business elsewhere.

Ron at Gene Brown's Transmission did some great work on my 72 Mustang. He found and fixed some problems that previous shops couldn't fix and some that they caused. His shop will be my go to for all future work. Highly recommended!

Ron and his guys opened up shop on a Saturday, to give one last final check on my transmission just to give me total assurance after they installed a new one for me on a short notice the week before. Being out of town, he was great to work with and super professional. Highly recommend without any hesitation.
