Beware of this place! I have taken my cars in the past but this time was real shady and they were trying to get me out of hundreds of dollars! Let me start off by saying I take my car to do a basic diagnostic, which they charged me $65, didn’t even offer me free diagnostic if I ended up going to do the work there, that didn’t bother me. What bothered me is when her so called “mechanic” called me he told me it was the 3 coils were misfiring and spark plugs. He then quotes me $480 over the phone. Couple hours go by and he calls me back and says the car is ready it’s running good. I then ask him to send me the snap finance info so that way I can pay it, I also ask him for an itemized receipt so I know what I’m paying for, the owner ROSARIO then sends me a pic of an “itemized receipt” which has the price of “$800.54 now!. I call back and now all of a sudden my car isn’t running good anymore that it needs “another diagnostic”. They do another diagnostic and now it’s another problem is an intake hose tear. Then the owner Rosario tells me that’s more than likely the issue but “my guys don’t want to do the job”. I ask her why I confused. She said they don’t know how to do it and don’t wanna do it wrong. I’m confused because she just told me they don’t wanna do the work! Anyways in the end I still end up getting charged “$140 for my car which is still broken. I take it to another shop and they charge me $185 for the work and told me don’t ever go to GALVANS because they have heard bad things about them and there not REAL mechanics.

View on GoogleGot my car inspected at another auto shop. They stated that my rotors needed to be cut and brake pads replaced. Total was going to come out to 370 for just that (Crazy). I called my brother and he recommended Galvans Tire Shop. I quickly went there and showed them what needed to be done on my car. Their price of service was so much more affordable and on top of that they were quick to get me back on the road again. I will return here for my tire needs and highly recommend this place!

Hence, they give you free advice. They are very busy but yet they remain friendly and the shop is clean. I highly recommend Galvan's Tire Shop.
