Business hours says they close at 6:30pm. I got here at 6 and they didn’t want to help me. Even when I told them i was just passing by here on the way to houston. Just needed the spare tire swapped and still wouldn’t help. Don’t recommend to anyone.

Hell no, had a screw in my tire stopped here because it was closest to me at the time. $20 dollars for a damn patch. Lifetime warranty or wth ? Plus the muffler person says he can straight pipe a Nissan Titan DPF system, No way. Not without deleting and reprogramming.

Horrible place messed up my friend van they jacked it up wrong, after they said they had the right tire and rim he they messed up the van and then said he didn't have the tire and rim.

Yet again, another unethical service i have encountered at this place. I go in AGAIN because a week ago they had “fixed” my tire but apparently not, told the guy to please check it, he then said there was a plug that he could not fix, I said ok, please show me any used tires you can sell me, he brings one and to me it looks good, he gave me a price, I said OK i want it, but I asked him if the tire had any nails, he said no, I said cool I want it. After a couple minutes i hear the grinder and i proceed to go see what he was doing, he said the tire had a nail, I said to him, YOU said it didnt have any nails thats the reason I wanted it, by this time he had taken off my old tire, then this other tall guy says to me that the tire is used and sometimes they have nails, I told him that my point is that your worker told me it didnt have any nails and thats why i accepted it, long story short, he charged me $10 to dismount and mount even after being their fault. Spent $25 last week, and now $10, the worst $35 spent and unethical experience, DONT STOP HERE, you guys definitely taking advantage of people on Rigsby.
