This place is no good. I bought a tire from them and the very next day it left me stranded. When I tried calling the shop to let them know and see if they could help or offer a solution, they blocked my number instead of addressing the issue. That is extremely unprofessional. A business should stand behind what they sell and at least communicate with their customers if there’s a problem. It seems like they don’t take care of their inventory, and the way they handled the situation was very disappointing. I would not recommend going here if you don’t want to risk being left stranded and ignored when something goes wrong.70$down the drain

8/27/25 2:30 - 3pm - I asked the guy there (heavy set dark skin with a bandana under a baseball cap) to just check my spare as it’s old and may need replacing, I’m going to corpus with my family and wanted to make sure it was good. As we are speaking a new Mercedes pulls in and he walks away from me to see what this person wants and then says that he’ll be with me in a min. I wait and he comes out with a used tire that’s not the right size but says it has better tread than the one I have for $100. I said ok might as well replace the spare and he says to pay and wait inside and he’ll call when done. I waited about 40 min and he says it’s done and I see that he replaced my passenger rear 35 inch Falken wildpeak at3 with the used tire he showed me. I said that it’s not what I wanted that all I wanted was the spare tire checked. The lady inside (who didn’t seem to know what she was doing) came out and said she could give me a discounted refund and I said No that’s not what I asked in the first place. I said just put my original tire back and give me a full refund I’m not buying something I dont need and she said ok. When I looked for my original tire it has the rear you see in the picture in the inner bead. I said this tire has never been removed from the wheel, what happened?!? Well suddenly he got upset and said it was like that already and that the tire was worn down anyways and then she told me that it won’t hurt the tire but she can sell me another just like it. I said No you need to find another one in the right size and that he messed it up and she looked but didn’t have one not even a used one. I said just put the original on and make sure it’s not leaking so I can leave and give me my refund. She told him what to do and he got mad and started slamming stuff around and then filled the tire with 50 pounds of air!!! And then called me over to show me that it wasn’t leaking under water. I still gave him $10 for his sweat but if you can’t speak English or Spanish and are not sure what the customer wants make sure you know what you’re doing BEFORE doing the work. If I could give a below zero review I would but this was a waste of time and money and now I went to discount tire to order a whole new set of tires. Que triste!!!

took my car in because of a malfunction. They inspected it and called to let me know they had identified the part that needed replacing. I authorized the repair, and later they called again to say my car was ready. I went, paid the bill to retrieve my keys—and, surprise!—they hadn't actually fixed the problem. They tried to brush it off by claiming that now the *engine* needed to be replaced They are completely unprofessional. Take note: do not hand over any money until you have personally verified that your vehicle has been properly repaired

This guys mess up my 08 tundra I took it to him because I use his services before and every thing was good for like 3 or 4 years but one his best mechanic quit nothing was the same last time I use him my truck was needed timing chain work and I agree to pay him $2800 cash I asked him especially to save me all the part he didn’t show me that it took him 3 weeks to fix it and 2 years later same problem appears this time run a professional repair shop they found out that previous mechanic didn’t install the right parts it is shameful I wasn’t going do anything but he messed up other family cars to

they are a tire shop that doesn’t know how to change tires without damaging tire. The curly head lady said it’s just the paint no damage was done they don’t know what they are talking about!!! don’t give them business
