I had an amazing first experience at Eurasian Auto Repair. I called because the plastic underbody piece on my BMW had come loose and was dragging after driving through high water. This is my first BMW, so I was nervous about where to take it and what the repair might cost. Lane answered the phone and told me to bring it by so they could take a look. I arrived about 30 minutes later, and Lane immediately helped me. He took my key, pulled my car inside, put it on the lift, and within about 10–15 minutes came back and told me it was all set. He fixed the issue quickly and professionally. What really stood out to me was that he would not take any money — not even a cash tip. That kind of honesty, kindness, and customer service is rare these days. Because of this experience, I will absolutely be coming back for future work, including having my brakes looked at after the holiday. Thank you, Lane, for helping me so quickly and making a stressful situation so easy. Highly recommend this shop!

I recieved a notification on my car that my front left tire pressure was low and to pull over to stop. I pulled off the highway to find the nearest autorepair shop for assistance. When I came into Eurasian I was politely greeted by Lane and I let him know what was going on. He immediately said he could help me and asked for my keys. Ive been looking for a helpful repair shop for a while that will work/knows how to work on BMWs and this will be my new go to place. My experience of auto repairs in San Antonio is that they dont want to help/dont have time/make you pay exorbitant prices and customer service is just not a priority. The BMW service center is 45 minutes from my house and not convenient at all. I drive a significant amount to visit clients and need to ensure my car is in good condition.
