Raul and his team are unmatched in their knowledge and ability. Communication is important, and this team communicates effectively and authoritatively without being overwhelming. I’ve been taking my vehicle here exclusively for 4 years, and all my future German autos will be taken here as well. They generally have a quick turnaround on repairs, and have honored their work and warranty with some of the parts that had problems. German car maintenance can generally be stressful, but Raul and his team eliminate the stress and provide immense value in addition to their spectacular service .

So this place is pretty much the pinnacle of professionalism. I bought a bit of a lemon VW and a shady dealership and I needed to bring it into a shop and I happen to find Raul and his team and they are absolutely spectacular. I had all kinds of things wrong with the car, including needing an entire intake replacement, and they literally got it done the next day with new parts. I just picked up the car and it drives like a dream and Raul is one of the most professional and friendly people you will ever deal with. He is a master mechanic that clearly loves what he does. And his team are extremely professional. And even the front desk, Erik, he communicates Crystal clear and perfectly. Wonderful Experience. This will be the only mechanic shop I will use from now on. Five stars all the way.

Brought my 2017 VW Jetta in for full service, oil change and multi point inspection to make sure my car is good on everything as I just purchased 3-4 months ago. Received a full write up of everything done and the inspection. I don't know what a VW dealer full service price is, but I'm willing to put money the price is better here. Great customer service and super responsive when I call or text. Recommend.

I couldn't recommend this shop enough. They serviced my Audi q5 with a random AC compressor that I brought in. I showed them the reddit thread of what I needed, and while they struggled at first, they got it done, and charged me less that what they quoted over the phone. Met the owner while I was there. He's a legit VAG fan.
