If I could give this place 0 stars , I would terrible Customer Service. Took my Vehicle because my A/C was blowing hot air was told it needed a Compressor. I was told to buy the part and lthat I would be charged for Labor only. So I went online and ordered the part and took it to the shop, just to double check that it was the correct part and the Mechanic lifted up my truck to see Compressor said "yes this is the rite one" I took my truck in on Friday what's told it was going to be a 3 hour job, they took down my phone number and I left waiting for thier call. I did not receive one so I showed up at the shop bit after 7p and they were closed,mind you sign says 8p they close I called the phone number listed four times and only got a voice mail with the mans voice saying he returns calls in 5 mins I never received a call back. I was not able to get into my house or office fir the fact that they had my keys, because again I did not know that they were going to keep my truck overnite. On top of that , I had plans to travel to visit my ill dying Father 4 hours away.When I showed up at the shop, the mechanic came up to me and said the part that I ordered was wrong and that his time was wasted. I reminded him that they have my phone number on file yet I did not receive not one call. He was just talking over me , telling me that it was the wrong part. I understand that part,It was the wrong part as I told him, it does not cost anything to get in touch with me.That is very unprofessional and there is no excuse for that.What would it have cost to call? I would have picked up my truck an have access to my keys and made different arrangements for my travel .He was not interested in listening. Very un profesional . I was inconvenienced when all that had to happen was just simply make a phone call and contact me.

View on GoogleI've been coming to this tire shop for all my service needs, tires, brakes, oil changes, etc..and the reason is because these technicians are very trustworthy, never lead me astray, very technically proficient and more than fair in their labor costs/charges. I highly recommend to everyone!!
View on GoogleI have gone to this place for all my tire needs for 9 years now, owner is a hard working good man. He has always done efficient and honest work for a very reasonable price. Sometimes there may be a worker that is not as hard a worker as this gentleman, but for the most part his people have been fair enough. I have not done other work outside tire work with him but I would trust him with my car if my mechanic were not available.
