I had a terrible experience at Cordovas #3. I waited over an hour just to be seen, and then another hour for an alignment that was clearly not done correctly. When the job was supposedly finished, the employee drove my truck to check the alignment and then left immediately, without properly reviewing the work. Right after that, I noticed my truck was still not aligned properly, and my check engine light and traction control light turned on, which were not on before I brought my truck in. The employee then told me the alignment needed to be done again, but I had already waited too long and needed to return to work, so I told them I would come back at 4:00 PM. Instead of working with me, they became aggressive about making me pay for a job they admitted was not done correctly. When I refused to pay for work that was incomplete and incorrect, they took my keys and refused to return them. I was forced to call the police just to get my keys back, which is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. Because of their actions, my truck was left with alignment issues and warning lights that were not present before their service. I am now dealing with the stress and potential repair costs caused by their negligence. I do not recommend this location to anyone. Save your time, money, and avoid the risk of damage to your vehicle. Responding to their response- First, it is illegal to withhold a customer’s vehicle keys in an attempt to force payment for a service that was admittedly not completed correctly. Your staff took my keys and refused to return them until police were called. That alone speaks volumes about how this situation was handled. Second, claiming this was a “5–10 minute adjustment” is misleading. I waited over an hour to be seen and another hour for the alignment, and after that time, the job was still not done properly. If it truly only required minutes, there would have been no issue completing it before demanding payment. Third, the alignment was left incomplete and my check engine and traction control lights turned on immediately after your service, lights that were not present before. I was told the alignment needed to be redone, which is why I declined to pay at that moment and stated I would return at 4:00 PM. Fourth, your claim that I “hit an employee” is completely false. Making serious accusations like that while hiding behind vague “camera footage” is irresponsible. If such footage truly exists, I welcome you to proceed — I am confident the truth does not support your statement. Lastly, the customer before me experienced similar issues and witnessed the problems with my vehicle, further contradicting your claims. This review reflects my experience accurately. I stand by every word of it, and I encourage anyone reading to consider both sides carefully.

I want to give a huge thank you to David and Jorge at Cordova #4 for the excellent service and hard work they provided on my tire and alignment work. Both of them were professional, knowledgeable, and made sure everything was done the right way. They took the time to explain things, answered my questions, and treated me with great customer service from start to finish. My vehicle rides smooth now, and I truly appreciate their attention to detail and dedication. Highly recommend David and Jorge if you need tire or alignment work done!

Did awsome job on my 2 catalytic converters. Robert was very attentive on keeping me on the loop on my vehicle. Yes i would bring it back for more work.

Reliable mechanics. They were able to install replacement parts so I could get home with the truck the same day. They took time from after there closing to make sure my car was able to run more smooth. Really appreciated them for that.
