I called ahead to confirm they had a used tire in my vehicle’s size and was told they did. After driving to the shop, I found out they didn’t actually have the tire available. I was also surprised by the pricing. The used tires were over $80 each, whereas similar tires used to be around $45. In addition, they quoted me approximately $180 for a new tire without any warranty coverage. Instead, I went to Walmart and purchased a brand-new tire, including installation, for about $75, with the option to add a one-year warranty for only $28. I have traditionally purchased used tires to save money, but after calling several tire shops, I found that many are now charging $70 or more for used tires. At current prices, it makes more sense to spend a little extra and purchase a new tire from a reputable retailer that offers warranty protection and better overall value.

First of all they're open on Sundays so that was a blessing on its own. I spoke with Mr Sanchez who is very well spoken ,patient and very knowledgeable. He gave me options to save me money which to me was a win because let's face it now a day's no company goes out of there way to actually "save you money" The building is clean , fully stocked and well maintained. Mr Franco who was my service rep was so polite and so forthcoming with his suggestions on my vehicle, mind you I only came in for an oil change . In under 20 minutes flat I was in and out with no delays or no extra charges or hidden fees . The gentleman were outstanding on their customer service. Im originally from Edinburg Tx and when I tell you I WILL MAKE THE DRIVE TO CORDOVA IN SAN ANTONIO FOR ALL MY FUTURE AUTO SERVICE NEEDS ....I MEAN IT !!!!!!!!! I FULLY whole hearted RECOMMEND THIS AUTO SERVICE location.

We brought our vehicle here for a brake job & oil change. They stated everything was done, but they had horrible customer service. I had to explain several times I didn’t want the recommended extra services. I ended up having to bring a friend to get my keys - they didn’t want to release it. Our oil light is now on again & it’s the same oil filter we purchased for it prior to bringing it in - which means it was NOT changed. Just a piece of advice: do not come here if you are a woman unless you want to be treated terribly.

Took my truck in to get worked on. They quoted me 823$ for 8 hours of work. After two days I called them to check in. And they said my truck would be ready next day. That continued for almost 3 weeks. Checking in every day and they kept saying "tomorrow". I finally had to call the owner directly to get my truck worked on. And then they didn't even honor the original quote. They raised it to 1300$. I truely dont recommend this shop.

You’ll hear from them when ever their little hearts desire then sprinkle unhelpful, false promise statements. Don’t delay, call today to get absolutely ripped off and left with more issues in the end. Dead battery guaranteed. Update: the car is running WORSE than when it came in.
