I highly recommend Cooper's Bimmers & Benz. They did a great job taking care of the brakes and service on my Mercedes. The team was very friendly and professional.

My car had a major oil leak the other day, and they not only got me the same day, but also took the time to physically show me what was wrong and explain the services they recommended. They are very cost effective and reasonably priced, and the staff is very sweet and caring. 10/10 will definitely be coming back

Do not go here. They replaced a starter that did not need to be replaced on my vehicle. I took my vehicle over to them three times for the same issue. Clearly the problem was never resolved. The technician obviously did not know what he was doing. When we last spoke with him he told us he wanted to replace another part to see if that was the issue. But we replaced the starter so that should have been the issue. After going to them three times and them not fixing the problem I had a tow truck pick my vehicle up from Coopers and take it to the dealer. I was not confident in Coopers service and I was not confident in their technicians. The dealer never touched the vehicle however they were gracious enough to record what the issues were. The dealer stated that the starter was put on wrong and created more issues to the vehicle. The crazy thing is the only thing wrong with the car was a sensor. But I replaced a starter that did not need to be replaced. And since the starter was incorrectly put on it's going to cost an additional $4k for me to fix. Mind you I paid Coopers 800+ for the work already, "well for work that didn't need to be done". Oh and when my husband called the owner she confirmed on the phone from Coopers that the starter didn't need to be replaced. My husband said "hold up, did you say the starter didn't need to be replaced" she attempted to correct herself and said that was not what she meant. They will claim to say that they attempted to help even though they are not obligated. After blaming us that we may have touched the car (which doesn't make sense since we took it them to repair and than the dealer). Why would we touch the car if we were willing to take to two locations to get it repaired. Then they tried to blame the dealer for it, when they haven't or didn't touch the starter. Then the owner said we could take my car back to them for them to "what" mess up my car again. Ask yourself this would you take your car back if the dealer told you that they put on a part wrong and it going to cost you $4k to fix. Coopers owner even offered to replace our starter (brand new) for a used one, can you believe that. Umm I paid you $800+ for a new one why would I want a used one. They clearly were not willing to correct there error. I wasn't surprised though because they are small and I expected them to blame everyone but themselves. If you look at the pictures you can clearly tell that nobody dropped the starter as they stated, it seems that it was over tightened when it was put on and it cracked right were the bolt was. By far the worst place to go. You can also tell that the Starter is brand new. You can also look at the flywheel where it is scraped and the dealer is stating that we will need to replace. The owner also doesn't like to listen to reason as she was clearly interrupting as we were talking, we explained that we called several times to see if they were open during this pandemic as most small businesses were closed; there was no answer and they do not have a voicemail set up to leave messages. But she just kept on interrupting. Avoid this place and just go to the dealer.

Coopers Bimmers & Benz is an excellent vehicle repair shop that has correctly repaired my Mercedes Benz every time I took my vehicle there. Jessie and his mechanics do excellent work and I never had to return my vehicle for the same issue. I highly recommend them!!👍🏿👍🏿
