Sad to say my 80 yr old mom was almost taken advantage here. They knew she had a warranty through Car Sheild and they told her several things needed repair. We got a second opinion from Honda and it was just a hose! I DO NOT recommend this shop!

Upon arrival i was welcomed and all questions answered promptly with knowledgeable and respectful answers. Every member of the staff was a pleasure to deal with. From the Service Advisor to the Technician. Would happily recommend to all i know.
View on GoogleThis place is a total scam! I went in to get an oil change and front brakes done. The guy told me $69 for the oil change and $100 for the brakes if I bring my own parts. Sounded like a good deal, so I trusted him. After dropping off my car and coming back three hours later, he completely changed the story. Suddenly, $69 was only for a 4-cylinder, and because mine is a 6-cylinder, he charged me $120. Then he raised the brake job to $175 instead of the $100 we agreed on. Right after I got my car back, the brake sensor light came on because he damaged the sensor. When I went back the next day, instead of taking responsibility, he hooked up a computer and tried to tell me I needed new back brakes too — which is a lie, because I just changed them six months ago! This shop is dishonest and unprofessional. They lie to your face, overcharge you, and break things on your car just to make more money. Stay far away — not recommended to anyone!

Staff keeps you updated on progress as your vehicle is being worked on. Staff and employees are extremely friendly, reasonable pieces. This is a hidden gem for those in our neighborhood! A must go if you need any work on your vehicle. 5 Star easily! 🫡

I just found out he is gone and no longer working there. Wished I was informed from the beginning that Robert was no longer working there. Can someone tell me where I can find Robert since he is an honestly and a trustworthy mechanic. Thank you.
