I had an outstanding experience with Collson at Cavender Cadillac! He took excellent care of my Escalade, was professional, knowledgeable, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. You can tell he genuinely cares about his customers and goes the extra mile. I highly recommend Collson and this location to anyone looking for top-tier service! And everyone welcomed my dog Picasso!!!
View on GoogleAbsolutely amazing service. The 2 times I went to get my car serviced I was treated very well, didn’t stay too long and they also offered me food that was catered to the company. Carlos was very welcoming as well as their entire team. My car was washed and tires were shined. I am very impressed. I will continue to get my car serviced here.

Not only did he ensure the recalled part was replaced, but he also thoroughly checked a wheel issue I had. Another shop had given me conflicting information, but Carlos took the time to explain exactly what was going on. I truly appreciated his honesty and care. Highly recommend!
View on GoogleOverall, this was a great first experience. My normal service is done across town but this was much more convenient and I am familiar with a staff member. They eventually provided a loaner vehicle that I requested online but it was not shown once I arrived. This caused an unexpected delay but the issue was eventually resolved. It was a 55k service which included several items I didn’t want to pay for but they were recommended. I was not forced to have them done which made me feel better.They were quick and efficient, completing at least 4 tasks within a 6 hour period (same-day service is always a plus). If there were 4.5 stars to give I’d say that would be fair but other than the delay this experience was great. I appreciate Carlos and the rest of the team who worked on my vehicle. This will be my new maintenance shop going forward!
