Casias Muffler and Tire Shop

Went to get my 35/12.50/22” tires put on and they scratched my wheels , one employee tried to say they were like that not knowing the employee that was working on them had already told me that the machine had scratched them cause the wheels need to be upside down to remove the tire, this was done about two weeks ago and I was just now cleaning my truck and all the center caps were loose , fixing to fall off , I paid $160 for mount and balance plus 40$ tip for the worst job and experience ever at a tire shop , don’t take your vehicle to this shop ever!!! Outrageous prices and employees that don’t want to take the blame for their mistakes! I will never go there again, and I will definitely let others know that too!!💩job!

Don't let this shop do work on your car. They will damage your car and will refuse to fix it. Went in for an alignment and told them to use 2x4 when driving car up ramps to prevent them from breaking my bumper. They finish alignment and as im paying I can see my driver side bumper sticking out. They broke the tabs on my bumper. Then guy who did alignment was trying to slam it back in place. Would've been nice if he took the screw out before trying to tap bumper back in. All he did was damage more bumper tabs. Whoever the manager is there refused to call owner. He wanted to fix it his way and not the right way. Came in for a simple alignment and left with damaged bumper to fix out of my own pocket. Thanks for nothing Casias. I hate putting negative reviews on businesses. But if you damage a customer's vehicle YOU should pay to fix it the RIGHT way. You guys even tried to lock me in and call the cops because I was pissed that you guys damaged my vehicle and wouldn't fix it. Wow lol. You have my info. I'll fix my own bumper. But you've lost a customer and I hope others will see how you handle these situations and they take their business elsewhere. That is the guy in the back that refused to help after I showed him the damage. Should give this to Eyewitness wants to know. Would give Zero stars if I could

I have taken my car to this shop for alignment and brake work, as well as engine mount and ignition system work and a lot of other things for the past 5 years. Old Toyota sedan was rattling and acting up, and they fixed it to normal operation at a reasonable price and time. They do honest work at good prices, and will honor their work if it does not meet expectations. Someajor dealership here in San Antonio said that my alignment was bad, even though I just had it done the other day here, but the shop people still took time to recheck and assure me their work was good. So overall, I put my full trust in this shop.

This place used to be really good with the old management, but now the repair work is unreliable and focused on maximising profits only. I recently took my truck in for AC issues and was charged $500 for both the diagnosis and the AC freon charge. They told me the problem was with the AC compressor, so I went under the truck and noticed that the connector wires were chipped and not sending power to the compressor. I took pictures of the issue and showed them, but they brushed it off and refused to acknowledge their mistake. My advice is to take your car to a different shop for an honest and reasonable repair.

Call them to get the most simple quotes for example how much it would cost to have spark plugs changed or for brake fluid service and they never can quote want you to “come in person”. Most places will quote you after looking up your car right on the spot. No quote, no estimated time frame, basically nothing. It’s obvious the girls on the phones know nothing about cars and are completely in over their heads. If that’s their customer service when trying to impress, I’m sure the quality of their work is pretty terrible.
