The guy was very pleasant. The cost of my tire was not bad, I purchased a used tire that was in really good condition for $60 and it included the service and balancing of the tires. I will be returning

I have had the best experience with this man Carlos. ATMOSPHERE : typical for a tire shop. CUSTOMER SERVICE : it's good, he is friendly which is a plus in my book. And he doesn't leave you wondering ...are they going to come to you or do you have to get out of the car to go in and get their attention ....you know that feeling. QUALITY OF TIRES: about average I haven't had any troubles with the used tires that I have bought from him. CONS: even though the prices are not high they only take credit cards with purchases over $10.00 BONUS FACT: we had trouble removing a lug nut off of our tire we had to have it towed to our home the night before for the side of the road. The next morning we called Carlos he came to our home to help my husband try to remove that, and when still they had no luck, we had to have it towed to his place he still couldn't get it done, he had to send it out to one of his other friends..... he REFUSED to give up until it was taken care of until we were totally satisfied. That was GREAT customer service he came to our home .... he didn't know us except that we patron his shop on occasion, he went up and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. I cannot say enough about how Carlos and his tire shop took care of us. I highly recommend using this shop. Its hard to find good people who care about you in this day and age and who take the time to build relationships and that's what this guy did and it's doing.

I went today 10/4/2023 around 11:10am to go get service to fill my tires up with air. I was being followed by my mother in case anything happened such as a flat. Unfortunately I left my purse in the car she was following me in. The man, I’m not sure if he was the owner, filled up my tires in which he let me know my left front was very low and needed the most air. The service did not take more than a few minutes less that 5 if that. I was still waiting on my mom who got left behind because of a stop light & informed him I was waiting on her because I left my purse(money) in the other car. I intended to pay for my service 100% as I know nothing is free and as I’ve had other experiences with other tire shops some charge some don’t but regardless I always give a tip. The man immediately became rude and said “I wish you would of informed me you didn’t have money because I wasted my time servicing your car” I said no sir I’m very sorry my mother was following me and I left my money in there. He then told me he would give me this free service but next time it would be $5. He then started to tell me to leave in a rude way! I was still pleading with him that I was just waiting bc she would be there in a min and I was going to pay him. He started to tell me to leave and not to worry about it but in a way that seemed he wanted me off his property. I then got in my vehicle when my mother happen to just show up. She is an older woman and does drive slower but she said she got stopped by a light and had to wait that’s why she took a few minutes more. I told her to give me my purse so I may pay the gentlemen. He insisted that I didn’t have to pay and that it was a free service in which I replied no it’s not a free service because you have listed on your sign all 4 tires check $2.00 so I said here is you’re $5.00 that you wanted to charge me and I left upset because I told him I’m an honest person and you treated me as if I was lying about not having money. I’m disappointed in this tire shop as it’s my first time getting serviced here. I will not be back and I do not recommend this tire shop based on his attitude and being a first time customer he treated me very rudely.

After a long 2 hour wait for a tow truck Carlos had a tire on my truck with an awesome price in less then 10 minutes. Was easily the best part of my day. He was also super nice and let my wife sit in a chair with then fan blowing on high since it was 90+ degrees outside. Would recommend to anyone looking for fast courteous service at a fair price!

Got a flat and Carlos was able to help me out. I was I need of new tires, so he was able to hook it up with some great prices on a set of 4 tires. He is very polite and great customer service. Would highly recommend!
