I had a great experience thanks to Deshawn! He did a brake check for me before my road trip and didn’t pressure me into buying anything at all. That meant a lot. He took the time to thoroughly explain the condition of my brakes and clearly broke down what future services I may need, so I can plan ahead. It’s hard to find honest, straightforward service these days, but Deshawn was professional, transparent, and genuinely helpful. I truly appreciate the integrity and customer care.

I usually don’t leave reviews and think that a lot of them are fabricated, but after the service I received from Deshawn and the team here I had to leave a review about their amazing customer service and thoroughness. You want to trust people who work on your car and they are trustworthy. They took the time to accurately assess what needed to be done and gave better rates than I found anywhere in San Antonio. I have been here before and the service was still consistently amazing like before. I definitely plan on going back.

They took plenty of time to balance the tires and align the wheels. They double checked the alinment to make sure it’s right. They also kindly provided me with the before and after specs after asking for them. I did notice an improvement in steering afterwards. Buying the 3-year alignment warranty is definitely worth it as I will need it re-aligned in the future as varied repairs will be done. This is the best deal I have fond after doing extensive research on the different shops in town. Thnk you, Brake Check team! Keep up the magnificent work.
