Made my appointment after getting new tires installed, and John went above and beyond in setting clear expectations throughout the process. He was knowledgeable, professional, and took the time to point out an issue identified with one of my rotors. Everything was seamless from start to finish, and I really appreciated the quick service, transparency, and helpful insight. Great customer service all around!

View on GoogleI was very pleased with the service I received for my brake repair and differential service. The staff were exceptionally polite and courteous throughout my visit. They demonstrated a thorough knowledge of their work and were patient in answering all of my questions. I appreciated that they did not try to upsell me on any unnecessary services. It's refreshing to find a company that prioritizes customer satisfaction and honesty.
View on GoogleWent in for a alignment was told they couldn't do the alignment cause the tierod kept popping out. Fine it was able be aligned. But why send a customer without screwing the tierod down. I could hv killed myself and even worse innocent people around me. I understand the shop was all closed up everyone was ready to go home but, At least tell me my trucks not SAFELY drivable instead of here ur keys no charge. I THINK THERE IS NO EXCUSE FOR PUTTING UR CUSTOMER AND THE PUBLIC IN DANGER BECAUSE OF YOUR NEGLIGANCE. It was a scary situation. Corporate called me and offered to do the alignment again. Yes I declined. I wasn't going to put myself in that position again. It's definitely not worth it.
