Absolutely horrible experience — I would not recommend this brake shop to anyone. I brought my vehicle in because I suspected a leak in the passenger front brake line. They assured me there was no leak, even though I have video evidence clearly showing brake fluid leaking when the brake pedal is pressed. Instead of addressing the actual issue, they tried to upsell me on over $2,000 worth of unnecessary repairs/services. They also claimed my vehicle was full of brake fluid when in reality there was no brake fluid left in the vehicle at all. I was then told they would need my vehicle for a few hours the following day to repair the vacuum pump. When I called for an update, I was told the manager would call me back — that call never happened. Later, the manager claimed he called me, but there’s no record of that on my call log, and said he got my voicemail even though he “wasn’t sure if it was set up.” To make matters worse, when I arrived to pick up my vehicle, I found out it still wasn’t repaired because they were supposedly “unable to get the part.” No one bothered to communicate that beforehand. The most concerning part is they knowingly allowed me to leave in a vehicle with unresolved brake issues — a serious safety risk. Poor communication, dishonest diagnostics, and questionable business practices. Avoid this place.

I want to say this Brake and Check store was phenomenal. I made an appointment and received reminders days in advance and a few hours before my appointment. Austin greeted me. He was very professional with a can-do, will-do attitude. He had a pleasant smile and kept me informed during the wait. The staff was awesome! I highly recommend this store

Their work ethic and experience is obvious. My service included a tire rotation and alignment, but rest assured they are now going to be my goto for regular oil change services, suspension services and tire services for both our adventure vehicle and our daily driver. Awesome automotive garage.
