I came in expecting to replace my brakes because I thought they were worn out, but after taking a look, they told me I didn’t actually need new ones yet. Instead of trying to upsell me on a service I was prepared to pay for, they were completely honest and explained that my brakes still had plenty of life left.
View on GoogleI had one of those problems...my air conditioning would sometimes cool and sometimes not. They had to try 3 different times until my car had the air turn off and on. They diagnosed my problem and explained in great detail what was wrong and what would be needed to fix my car. While waiting for my car to be fixed, I was kept informed. In addition, I had a part that was on its way of going out. They offered to fix it and "since they were right there" gave me a reduced price, recognizing that I wanted to keep my car (even though she is old). I appreciated the time and effort they took to make sure I was informed and satisfied. I do not feel that the amount charged was excessive for the amount of work they did.
