They provided necessary service after the sale without batting an eye. Great folks and company. Management must be positive and effective as the people seem happy.
View on GoogleI want to thank this shop for honoring my call and taking the time to clarify my concern. It wasn’t a big issue, just a question I had after something didn’t quite make sense during my visit. After speaking with the main office, they handled the matter quickly and were very friendly about it. What really stood out to me was how they not only stood by their word when it came to the TIRE WARRANTY but also showed genuine respect and understanding — recognizing that we all have questions and deserve clear answers. Excellent customer service and great professionalism!
View on GoogleMy new tires weren’t properly installed/balanced and my car was swerving a bit and the steering wheel was pulling on the highway!! Not safe to drive. They put two new tires on the back and rotated the old tires to the front. I called them to inform them but I couldn’t bring it back because I had already started driving back to Houston. The service was also REALLY slow even with an appointment and I was not offered an oil change or any fluid changes. I came in about 910 and wasn’t checked in until 936. I asked if my vehicle would be ready before 1230p because I had to leave. The tire I ordered a few days prior was still not in stock yet so they couldn’t even start work on my vehicle right away. I inquired on the status at 1140 and they finished by 1200. The lady at the front desk was nice and helpful. No one acknowledged me for a bit when I came in and they seem to spend on lot of time with customers on the phone. The price is a little higher for tires than at other locations I’ve found. Will update once I get the vehicle checked out af an another shop. The is not a Big Brand store near where I live.
