I had bad luck at a previous transmission shop. My car was there for 2 months. I called Mark here at Best Option, he gave me a great deal on a full rebuild on my transmission, and took it in the same day. My car drives flawlessly. Thank you again Mark.
View on GoogleI was told by another company that I needed to replace my torque converter and transmission due to the torque converter causing internal damage to my transmission. I left and took it to Best Option Transmission and after diagnosing it and having it on a lift he called me and said I have good news. Your transmission and torque converter are fine. Your transmission mount is what was bad. I had him fix the mount and had him change the fluid and filter and paid over 15 times less than what the other company wanted. Very Honest and Highly Recommended thank you Mark
