10/10 Stars - Exceptional Service at BMW Bert Motor Works! I'm still in awe of the incredible experience I had at BMW Bert Motor Works in San Antonio, TX. My 428i Coupé's check engine light came on, indicating a faulty coil pack. I attempted to replace it myself, but the boot got stuck on the spark plug. After struggling at the parts store, I visited Bert's shop, desperate for help. The owner listened attentively to my problem and immediately consulted with his head mechanic. To my surprise, they took my car in and expertly removed the stuck boot and installed the new coil pack - all within 10 minutes! The most astonishing part? They refused to charge me for the service! I'm blown away by the team's kindness, expertise, and willingness to go above and beyond. Bert's dedication to customer satisfaction is genuine and heartfelt. I wholeheartedly recommend BMW Bert Motor Works to anyone seeking exceptional service. Thank you, Bert, and your amazing team! Highly Recommended!
