I have to say, they’re one of the best mechanics I’ve ever worked with! They took a look at my 1988 Dodge D150 and figured out what was wrong and how to fix it. I’ve had other mechanics try to diagnose it, but they couldn’t understand the issues or why the truck wasn’t running well. I brought it to Josh and his team, and they got everything sorted out and scheduled for me to approve within a couple of days. Even though it was tough to find parts for an older car, they had me in and out of the shop in just one week. I’m so confident they’ll be the best choice for all your future vehicle maintenance.

I cannot recommend B&M Automotive highly enough. I brought them my 2003 Chevrolet Silverado after it developed a "missfire" that multiple other shops just couldn't figure out. I was honestly starting to lose hope after so many people put their hands on it without a fix. From the jump, Josh, the owner, was incredible. He personally assured me that they would take a deep dive into the truck and wasn't going to give up until it was right. He put Tom on the job—the man is a legitimate GM/Chevy guru. After a thorough diagnostic, they found the root of the problem: multiple grounding wire issues and a faulty relay component. Here’s the deal—with the way the truck was acting, they could have easily lied and told me it was a transmission or torque converter issue. That would have cost me thousands of dollars, and I probably would have believed them. Instead, Josh and his crew were 100% honest. They saved me a massive amount of money and fixed a "major" issue that nobody else could solve. It’s rare to find a shop with this level of integrity and technical skill. If you want honest work and diagnostic geniuses who actually know what they’re doing, take your vehicle to B&M. Thanks again, guys, for getting me back on the road!

Air conditioner wasn’t working, dropped car off on Monday and expected to get it back towards the end of the week. Received a call next day saying it was ready. Works fine and the cost was less than expected. Week later dropped the car off to get rear brakes fixed. Ready in a couple hours and price they had told me, reasonable.

This shop has impressed me over and over. They solved every issue that other shops couldn’t: everything from software issues on my wife’s newer car to wiring issues on my rusty 1960’s vehicle. They are also now doing racing prep, including brakes, suspension and engine optimization. Suffice it to say they have earned my trust and are now the only shop I use.
