Auto Z Repairs

I had an issue with a strange noise coming from my front end tire area with vibrations in the steering wheel that I heard driving into San Antonio the day before. Called three other places on a Friday. I'm only in San Antonio for the weekend. They picked up and allowed me to come in right then and there and ran through a diagnostic (Great price compared to a dealership and other places I called). They got to work. They got through to my extended warranty. Which if you have Endurance. It's not a bad, but good lord that wait is long. And got it all done on a Friday. Thank God for these guys. Helped me out so much with getting it done before they closed before the weekend. The inside was a nice open area to sit in. Not all bunched up. Bathroom roomy and clean. The staff were awesome, cracked jokes, and gave great detail information on the your vehicle issue and any other questions I asked. Highly recommend, especially if in a bind. They will do their best to help you out if they can. The license plates across the ceiling given to by customer from all around America and further from customers shows how much they are appreciated. My Wheel hub bearings went out on both my front tires.

I received excellent service experience, twice in a week’s period. Unfortunately, both my vehicles needed immediate attention and they were there to support my needs. Both repairs were completed in next day returns; almost unheard of these days. They are communicative and honest with any repairs needed with their vehicle assessment. I give praise to the knowledgeable and trustworthy employees, highly recommended.

Auto Z Repairs is hands down the best! Matt, the owner, and Jessica are incredibly nice and helpful. I had to bring my truck in for repairs, and they even helped me find a tow to get it there. They fixed the issue—a fuel pump replacement—quickly and at an absolutely phenomenal price. They also gave me a lift home! While I was there, they also helped with my AC by checking the fuses. It’s clear that they’re passionate about what they do and genuinely care about helping their customers. The shop has a lot of return customers, which says a lot about their honesty and quality of work. They take the time to explain everything without any shady tactics. I highly recommend them for any auto repair needs!

Feels weird to say, but I just LOVE this place. Helpful, courteous, and most of all NON-JUDGMENTAL!! My first experience with Auto Z was when I first moved here in 2022. I am an OTR trucker and never home. So when my wife’s transmission went out and I’m 1,000 miles away and we live in a new area, yeah I’m a bit freaked out. Our neighbor recommended Auto Z and SOOOOO glad they did. We had an aftermarket warranty on our car, so we figured it wouldn’t be a big deal. Turns out the warranty company was not on our side. They didn’t argue covering the transmission work. What they did is try to get Auto Z to up their prices, the part the warranty didn’t cover, so we would have more out of pocket expenses! How do I know this, Lol, I was on the phone while this was going on. The warranty company wouldn’t actually talk to me. So I muted out and listened in. Perhaps it was a bit immature, but I did. Anyhow, Auto Z was on my side! Got the work done in a fast and friendly manner and my wife was back on the road before I got home! Cannot express how comforting it was for me to know I could trust these guys to care for our needs while I was away. My wife felt nothing but confidence and genuine care from the team at Auto Z!
