Wowwww wowww wowwww!!! I usually hate coming to mechanics places and this visit changed that whole perspective, I honestly love the attention and the professionalism and the kindness they have , they are straightforward with your questions and what needs to be done and what’s more important , and I can just say I will be coming back to do all my car work up here especially an oil change because they have earned my trust! Thank you!
View on GoogleHad my brakes and routers switched out. Had my engine light checked repaired and a tune up did all that within good timing compared to a dealership. Angel was professional and knowledgeable. Sarah was very sweet even gave me a ride back to work. John made sure my car had the right repairs needed and worked with me. A Plus team did a great job went above and beyond.

Had some sales guy come to my work with this flyer claiming all these great deals talking about free/half price full synthetic oil changes if I purchased this coupon book while he held it never handing it to me. So I gave him my card, he gets my details, then hands my the flyer and dipped. Well once I actually stared reading it especially the back side of flyer I realized I’d been taken for a fool!
View on GoogleHis shop was finally closed on Bitters and 281 because of all the scams, this shop is next!!! DO NOT GIVE JOHN CASH! You will need your credit card company to dispute the charges to get your money back! File your complaints with the Texas Attorney General, they have an active file with this business! Keeping this as brief as possible, my vehicle spent 5 months here with a resulting bill of over $8,000. After fighting to get my vehicle back, I took it to an ASE cert. mechanic and they verified that $5,538 worth of repairs I was charged for were either done poorly or not at all. BBB has posted the complaint and the Texas attorney general now has a file to build their case. Being charged for repairs that are not done or recommending needless repairs is illegal, as is my issue. Do the BBB search before dealing with this company and when you find these issues, contact the Texas attorney general. They have the power to press charges. The photos show improper installation/repairs, repairs that were not completed, or parts damaged during installation. Update, when your vehicle sits at this shop so long that it shows up on Google maps, that's a bad sign!!!!
