I had an excellent experience with Alex’s transmission and couldn’t be happier with the service I received. They completed a full transmission rebuild and installation for my classic Bronco, and the entire process was handled professionally from start to finish. The team was incredibly friendly and made me feel confident that my bronco was in good hands. Amazing communication. They kept me updated throughout the repair process, explained everything clearly, and were always available to answer any questions I had. On top of that, they completed the work in a very timely manner without sacrificing quality. It’s hard to find a shop that combines great customer service, honesty, and efficient turnaround times, but they absolutely delivered. I highly recommend them to anyone needing major repairs done right.

Our transmission went out and we took it to Omar and caesar at Alex transmission shop recommended to us by my Aunt and Uncle. They work fast and efficient and clean. The staff is excellent and friendly and extremely honest and knowledgeable. They have been helping my Aunt and Uncle and family and friends for over 25 years. If you have anything wrong with your vehicle take it to them you can't go wrong with them . A big 5 star from us and the entire family. Thank you Omar.
