I brought my Tacoma to replace all 4 new tires. They did scratched all 4 wheels pretty bad. They did not take responsibility. Stated my wheels were already damaged. Sad my Tacoma TRD off road is now running on severly scratched wheels/rims. I called the owner. He texted me he would take care of the fix. Never called me back in 3 months. Employees with bad attitude. Cero customer service. Not recommended.

Horrible experience. After they installed a new water pump they didn't make sure the car wasn't overheating before I left. I noticed it was soon as I pulled off. Took the car back they couldn't figure out the problem. I told them to check the thermostat but they said it was a bad radiator cap. I got mad took it home & look what I found. I should of left soon as I seen the tech on YouTube on how to do the job. Also I had to argue with the techs about putting too much water in my radiator which is not good for any car in this Texas heat.

I love.\nThem so much, I don't even live in San.Antonio anymore I live in Boerne.I had a nail in my tire and I shirted risk my life to drive with that nail in my tire , all the way to this tire shop , because it's the only place I'll go. I got there 5 minutes b3fore closing and they still happily fixed my tire!
