Huge thank you to BO, BOBBY and the team at Alamo Ranch Collision for taking care of my car! After dealing with damage from a locksmith, they were professional, honest, and got everything lined back up correctly. They explained everything clearly, got me in quickly, and the car is now quiet again with no more air noise. It’s hard to find shops that actually care, but they definitely do. Highly recommend if you want quality work and great customer service!

Do not go to this shop if you value your car. I have been around and around numerous times to have them fix my Mazda and they cannot put anything back together correctly. No one here takes ownership or accountability for anything being done. These people do not care about your car. If you go here expect to spend months dealing with them to get anything right. They didn’t completely paint the car when they returned it to me plus they got another car’s paint on my roof and acted like it wasn’t their problem. I just paid the dealer to diagnose a squeaking sound that I thought was the suspension but instead it turns out that the front bumper brackets to secure the radiator which are required weren’t even installed. I had to pay a diagnostic fee out of my own pocket to figure out it was their failure to do what I paid them for correctly. BUYER BEWARE with this business! To the owner’s response: If you stand by your work then why is there a need to defend yourself versus making the customer happy? You say there is a lifetime warranty but what good is the warranty when the place has no clue how to fix a car correctly or safely. The concern on the car was legitimate and belittling that point is unprofessional. I was disappointed to find out it was unsafe to drive when things in the engine bay are completely unsecured. Obviously my car was not completely assembled here and this is totally unacceptable! P.S. The paint was not removed from my car because you denied it was your fault when I asked about it. You instead blamed me for the situation. Anyone zooming in on the picture can see it is paint. Where would I go to get paint on my car as it doesn’t just fall out of the sky? The whole response comes off as someone who doesn’t take ownership which is the point of this review.
