Incompetent and thieves... Brought my vehicle for warranty issues and sat at your shop for 3 weeks and nothing got done! On top of that, my front door's rain guards were removed and stolen! Call corporate 800, and was taken to Austin where it was fixed quickly within 4 days. Big thanks to Rich from Houston and Brent from Austin taking care of me! A+ good company overall, but get rid of your shop in SA it gives you guys a bad rap!
View on GooglePiss poor shop! Called the day before and the front desk guy, I think his name was Ethan, said they do have any appointments until the end of the week. I checked online and they had some the next day. I scheduled online and went in the following day. They wanted to run a “free test” to see what was going on. One of the techs hot rodded my truck down the side street next to the shop. My truck has a muffler delete so is loud, and he stomped on it. Brings it back and I ask him if he felt the rumble I was talking about. He said yeah but we really need to take it on the highway. My truck then set there without them looking at it again or hooking a monitor up to it. 30 min later, Ethan tells me they still have to take apart the tranny to diagnosis it. Quoted me just under $700. I left location. It is weird to me that they can do a fluid change for 130$ when everywhere else charges 350$+. The shop was super messy. They have crap scattered everywhere. I did not have a good feeling the second I pulled up. I ended up talking to another shop and they fixed the problem for free. Has nothing to do with the tranny. Don’t waste your time here
View on GoogleI brought in our '16 Escape for its post-rebuild ATF fluid flush/refill transmission service, was in & out in an hour, with no issues showing up in the old fluid - and the car shifts smoothly as if it was new! Great service and quality work being done here at A-Plus Transmission Specialists!!

View on GoogleMy transmission went out for the second time on my Toyota Camry. Toyota wanted $9,000 for the repair. I came to A- Plus and Ethan was extremely accommodating. He explained what my options were and even try to help me find a cheaper used transmission. It took me quite a while to make a decision and he was very understanding and patient. His kindness and honesty made my bad situation much better.
