Clay was great hope I spelled it right him and his crew did great work on my truck I had lost NY wheel lock key helped me get it out new one out in sensors alignment I was in n out in minutes they guys were great did great work will recommend and come back.

View on GoogleSecond lift I've had installed here and happy once again. Stephen had this sucker all knocked out at 3 o'clock after dropping it off at 7. He also found a problem (on my brand new 2 week old truck) I would've had no idea about, told me exactly what to tell the dealer for my warranty and showed it to me so I would know. The lift looks fantastic, everything is nice and tight and handles great. I put 95k miles on my previous lift installed by them and I drove it hard, never had any issues. I'll take every truck I buy to them to get my lifts installed, always a good experience.
View on GoogleService Issues and Warranty Concerns Dear “Texas Tire Management” I am writing to formally address several issues regarding recent services and purchases at Texas Tire in Saginaw, Texas. 1. Improper Installation of Parts In Sep. 2024, your team installed multiple components on the front of my truck. Unfortunately, the installation was not performed correctly, rendering the parts unsafe to use after just two months. 2. Defective Tire and Warranty Process On December 5, 2024, I experienced a flat tire due to a defect in one of the tires I purchased during the same visit. When I contacted another Texas Tire location, I was informed that warranty claims must be handled by the original shop. I returned to the Saginaw location, where a replacement tire was ordered. 3. Damage to My Wheel While reinstalling the wheel after replacing the tire, your staff damaged the wheel, which was in perfect condition when I arrived. I have photographic evidence of the wheel before and after the service, taken while the wheel was still being reinstalled at your shop. The employee on-site reviewed the photos and acknowledged the damage. However, no manager was available at the time, and I was advised to follow up later. Please address these issues promptly. I request: • A resolution for the improperly installed parts. • Confirmation of warranty coverage and completion of the replacement tire installation. • Compensation or repair for the damage caused to my wheel.
