The owner Moses Alvarez is shady & greedy. I work for BNSF Railway and brought my company vehicle to get detailed. I explained to him that I wanted the inside and outside detailed and he only cleaned the outside. I didn’t make a big deal out of it. Then I asked him how much would it cost for the wash and he told me $125. He ended up charging my company $250, double the price! I called and asked why did he overcharge us for the wash he basically said because he was on hold with ARI/Holman for a long time and his time cost. All because his company doesn’t have an account set up properly with the company. DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLES TO MA AUTOMOTIVE! Unless you enjoy getting ripped off.

I had the worst customer service ever. There was a family issue that day which I understand but the fact that my car sat in the driveway untouched for 7 hours without a phone call is not acceptable. When the owner came back he was rude, didn't seem to care about making money at all. Told me that he almost lost a customer that day that spent $7,000 at his shop which told me that my money didn't matter to him. Said he wasn't sorry for his family issues and that he wasn't sorry in general. I would not recommend this shop for work. Unless you are dropping a lot of money he doesn't seem to want your business. I guess you get what you pay for.

Scheduled a week ahead was there at 8:30am car not finished at 5:30. Seats wet dirtier than to begin with. Charged me 50$ for what little they had done because I was not willing to wait till the next day. Serious unprofessional...but my “fault” because I said nothing about pet hair. He only had it for a full day.

Could not be happier with the work done to my truck. I had white paint on the interior carpet and seats (black) both look brand new now. Great customer service seems to take a lot of pride in his work.

I would not used this business. I attempted to contact the owner to get a detail date or time and like everyone else stated. He is very rude. I have a lot of patience and can tolerate a lot of things. I refused to deal with him.
