I can’t thank Rowlett Transmission enough for saving me after a nightmare experience with Eagle Transmission in Rowlett. Eagle tried to scam me into paying thousands for a transmission I didn’t even need, but when I brought my car here, Jeremy and the team were completely honest, respectful, and professional from the start. Jeremy took the time to actually diagnose my car the right way, after leaving from Eagle transmission I let Jeremy test drive my car in immediately. He told me that it’s not the transmission because my transmission ships fine when it’s not in limp mode he explained everything to me clearly, and showed me exactly what was wrong. He fixed the issue quickly, charged me fairly, and most importantly—he treated me like a valued customer instead of trying to take advantage of me. After being lied to and almost scammed by Eagle Transmission they tried to sell me a $3,000-$5,000+ Trasmission rebuild or a new one, but after not trusting them, Jermey found the real problem which was never the Trasmission it was such a relief to find a shop like Rowlett Transmission where the people are honest and trustworthy. Jeremy is the reason my car is running perfectly again, and I want to give him a special shoutout for being upfront and doing excellent work. If you need transmission or drivetrain work, skip Eagle Transmission and go straight to Rowlett Transmission. They’re the shop you can actually trust, and I’ll recommend them to everyone I know. Thank you Jeremy and the Rowlett Transmission team—you guys are the real deal

The Firestone I use sent me to Rowlett Transmission when they found an issue with my differential seals that they couldn’t figure out or fix. Ken and Jeremy at Rowlett Transmission were able to figure out what was actually wrong and fix the problem! Both men are so knowledgeable and were willing to take the time to solve my problem! You won’t regret going here!
