This shop has some of the most incredible and kind people I’ve encountered in a very long time. The level of customer service I received was so genuine that, as I drove away, I found myself getting emotional. I called about 30 minutes before closing to ask about a state inspection. Don answered on the second ring and, without hesitation, welcomed me to come in. When I arrived, he immediately greeted me, and he and his team treated me with such kindness and professionalism throughout my visit. There was no wait time, everyone was courteous, and I truly felt valued as a customer. In a world where great customer service can be hard to find, this team goes above and beyond. Don was amazing in every way possible, and his dedication to helping customers is evident.
