Wow! Really a great experience. NTB was good but this Mavis store with the amazing team. Manager Javi and workers like Mathew just above and beyond. Honest, thorough, friendly. I came in to change the battery and the car was making noises. They opened everything and showed what the issue was. I had extended warranty insurance. They could have fixed issue but recommended to go to the dealership. So honest. I will for sure come back for all my services.

They took care of the problem immediately and got me out of there in an impressive time frame. All the other texts and Personnel that I spoke with throughout this or very friendly and warm and it was a much needed breath of fresh air. I didn't expect to go to Mavis today and receive such a good experience so it is a privilege to leave a review saying that truth out loud.

Mike the mechanic was also very friendly and detail oriented on showing me the issues needing addressed with my car. Everyone honest, and easy to talk to. Very welcoming as well.
