My exhaust pipe had a crack in it and was previously welded by another shop. I noticed the a clanking noise and since I was local, I had my husband stop by Jon's. One of the brackets wasn't completely welded and had broken off. Jon assessed the damage and welded it on FREE of charge! Exceptional customer service and really took days of stress off of me!!! We will be bringing back our truck to have a few others things looked out since we were awarded such great service!

He told me that he had 12 cars in front of mine, that was on Tuesday. Didn't hear from them on Wednesday & called them on Thursday. They had not got my car in to look at it yet. Called again on Friday & he said that he obviously wasn't fast enough for me, that I should just come & get my car. I didn't appreciate that remark. That was very rude. I needed exhast work & someone to look at it & tell me what the problem was.

After a disappointing experience at another auto shop, I was fortunate to find this gem!! Jeff was efficient, offered fair pricing, and never tried to upsell or take advantage. I was having a tough day, and the two gentlemen who assisted me went above and beyond—taking the time to explain the issue with my brakes and even took the time to make me smile and laugh. After another shop messed up my exhaust pipe Jeff fixed me up for barely anything at all. I've always just done my brakes with him but now he is my go-to mechanic from now on. I will say he is VERY busy but that's to be expected for his pricing and awesome service.
