On June 2, 2026, I took my car to Integrity 1st Car Pros for a wheel alignment. The staff was friendly, professional, and welcoming. The price for the alignment was very reasonable, and the service was completed efficiently. I had a great experience and would recommend them to anyone looking for quality automotive service.
View on GoogleGreat service from very friendly people. JIMMY AND JENNA ARE AWESOME! Returned next day after waiting over 2 hrs for tire rotation and alignment. Had 7am appt and was 1st customer there after being told Thursday they would get me taken care of being 1st one in. Also had nail in center of tire and was told it could NOT be patched/fixed! I told them to put tire back on car as it was so I could leave. They hadn't even started alignment! After sitting in parking lot next door, decided to drive around the corner to Integrity. My tire was already flat! Jimmie remembered me from day before. He was one who found nail. He took my car around and maybe 30 minutes later said it's fixed. Jenna let me vent and referred me to Sachse location for alignment. Got cold bottle of water and a hug from each of them. Thank you both so much. I'll see y'all soon!!

View on GoogleJenna at the front desk was absolutely amazing from the moment i walked in the door, even as busy as she was, she made time to make sure i was taken care of every step of the way from start to finish which was SO refreshing from a repair shop. I cant say enough good things about the staff at this location, michael took my truck back and within 10 minutes already figure out what was causing the sloppy steering i was experiencing while driving and explained to me the potential causes as well as the best course of action to get this repaired without any unnecessary extras some shops like to add on… as a normal person that is not made of money like many others, i felt confident that the quoted repair was honest and it truly felt like everyone was there to help get me back on the road with confidence knowing that the repair was not only correct but also making sure my vehicle was safe to drive. He even let me know that i might want to look into replacing my tie-rods as there was a small amount of play in them which was a nice attention to detail that i didnt even realize was adding to the feeling i was getting while driving. Thank you integrity staff for assisting me as well as for the attention to detail you provide. I will certainly be back for any more repairs on my vehicle that might come up in the future.
