Love this shop, these boys save me a ton of time from having to fix my truck myself. prices are pretty good and these boys know what they're doing, and make it right if they make a mistake. I've had TONS of work done on my Ram 3500 Dually and this is the only shop I trust to work on that truck, they catch EVERYTHING. Service reps are top tier and better equipped than most regular shops to handle a 1 ton diesel. These guys do everything. -Josh

View on GoogleI’m writing to express my disappointment with a recent service experience involving my 2017 truck. When I initially brought the vehicle in, it had an oil leak, and I specifically requested a full replacement of all the gaskets. With the truck having over 200,000 miles, I wanted to ensure that no further issues would arise, as partial replacements can often lead to pressure imbalances and additional leaks from older seals. However, I was advised by the front desk that a full replacement wasn’t necessary due to the extensive labor involved. Trusting that recommendation, I proceeded with the service and paid over $3,500. Unfortunately, just a few days later, the oil leak worsened. Upon returning to the shop, I was informed it would cost an additional $3,000 to replace the remaining seals—precisely what I had originally requested. The continued leaking has now caused premature wear to my front suspension, creating further unexpected costs. Additionally, the oil leak has stained my brand-new concrete driveway, which is frustrating and disappointing.

I recommend this place. In and out in no time. Yeah I could taken my business elsewhere. I was confident they would do a good job. So far so good. NO MORE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT...... They kept me updated through the entire process with text updates that included photos of my car and the details of the work that was done. The work was completed timely and they provided transportation for me to return to pick up my car. I will definitely go back to Golden Rule.
