Be advised and warned with this particular shop. Lack of professionalism and no respect to customer's time. Owner of the shop missed 3 scheduled appoints on 3 different days with no consideration much less an apology. Lacks competence and mannerism when it comes to the services the shop offers.
View on GoogleCame here to get my smart start device installed, got here around 12 and didn’t leave till almost 7pm because they couldn’t get it to work. I’m also still getting charged $77 a month even though i don’t have it installed through this garage. A complete total scam and a waste of time.
View on Google4 1/2 hours I waited for them to install the device and they couldn’t get it working with my vehicle so it was a complete waste of time and a horrible experience. I personally would not recommend them at all! I recommend Victor’s Auto and Tire Services in Garland

I had been a customer of Baillie prior to the name change, and the service and quality are equally great - but the turnaround time was fantastic! They had my truck back to me the that afternoon, and I was expecting it to be 2-3 days at the very least. Very cool classic cars in there being serviced, too.
