I was completely satisfied with Crash Champions and the way they handled my car repairs. They were very professional and provided me with a new quote that didn't include the accident. I'd definitely recommend them.

Whats worse was my truck was sent to the Ford dealership for an unrelated reason to the crash repair, Ford TOLD them there are alignment issues with the repair, the customer rep for the repair shop told me they are keeping my truck for an extra day to fix it, clearly that was a lie So now I'm stuck with a permanent whistle because my door is crooked This is what i get for trusting them to do a good job....
View on GoogleTwo weeks ago, someone did the unthinkable and rear ended me on my way to work. Cracked my taillight, dented the bumper and trunk, and scraped some of the paint. Obviously I was devastated. The next day I had my baby at Crash Champions, and a week later my baby looked good as new. They sent me a message every day to let me know what stage or repair my car was in. And called me right at the end of business day on Friday to let me know I could get my car the next day. I didn’t expect it back until two weeks after drop off based on the ETA the initial message gave me. But I was certainly happy to have her back earlier than expected! HOPEFULLY, I will never have further body damage to my car. But if I ever do, I know where to take her for work. Ahmed was the one to check my car in, help me get things sorted out with insurance and enterprise so I could get a rental car, and handed me back my keys when I picked her up. He went above and beyond any expectations!

He explained the process of what would happen with my vehicle during the repair phase. He also answered any questions that I had, which really made me feel at ease. Albert constantly stayed in contact with me about the progress of my vehicle on a regular basis!! I highly recommend this body shop to anyone needing repairs.
