I had a leak in front differential of my 2016 F250. Needed to leave town quickly. He got me in as soon as possible and within 24hrs of scheduling appointment I was back in my truck with peace of mind. The owner mentioned they will be going mobile soon, I can’t wait to have that convenience. These guys seem honest and are definitely good at what they do. Highly recommend!

My truck had transmission cooler damage that lead to converter and transmission being damaged. Kevin, Alex and Billy quickly picked up truck, ordered all parts and quickly had truck back up and running like nothing ever happened! Best price in town and high quality parts and service provided.

UPDATE AFTER NEW ENGINE INSTALLED _________________________________________ On October 2, 2024, I had a new engine installed in my truck ($6,800) after the shop diagnosed issues related to the "Check engine light" and suggested repairs totaling $5,000. I opted for a full engine replacement instead. Just 19 days later, on October 21, 2024, I had to return the truck due to oil leaking from the rear main seal. Notably, most new or rebuilt engines typically come with new rear main seals. The shop confirmed the rear main seal was the issue but refused to repair it, suggesting I take it to the dealer instead. They cited my dissatisfaction with their previous service as the reason for not addressing the problem. While the new engine is under warranty, it only covers $100 towards mechanic's labor. With the dealer's labor rate at $250 per hour and an estimated 5-hour job, I'm facing an out-of-pocket expense of $750. The quality of work, customer service, and after-sales support from this shop has been extremely disappointing. Their refusal to correct a problem that occurred just two weeks after installation is unacceptable. In hindsight, their decision not to attempt the repair may be a blessing in disguise. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this shop and will not be using their services in the future. _______________________________________________________________ PRIOR ENGINE INSTALL I took my truck to 288 Complete Auto due to a check engine light. Prior to this, O'Reilly's had diagnosed the issue as a faulty Oil Control Valve (OCV)1. Upon informing 288 Complete Auto of O'Reilly's assessment, they expressed skepticism and recommended a more thorough diagnostic, which I approved. After a few days, 288 Complete Auto reported multiple issues requiring replacement, totaling approximately $5,000. When I declined due to the unexpected cost, they informed me that they had already disassembled the engine, necessitating new parts for reassembly. My options were limited to either paying for the repairs or towing the disassembled vehicle and settling a $400 invoice. After three days of negotiations, I reluctantly agreed to an engine replacement costing $6,800. The new engine came with a warranty, which was initially stated as 10,000 miles or 3 years on the invoice. However, I was later informed that this was an error, and the actual warranty coverage is 100,000 miles. This is not the 1st time they mess up. Tammie at the front desk gave me misinformation regarding cost and when my engine would be delivered. She charged me $450 for service that should have been $75. Thank God the owner caught it. I took another vehicle because it had water in the rear passenger floor. They said it was coming in from the door and window. I took to the car wash and rode in the car as it when threw the wash. No water came in the car. The leak was from the AC with the car. it the little thing also, like forgetting to put the updated sticker on window after a oil change. Please get a 2nd and 3rd opinion.
