Great customer service! Friendly and informative of the job being performed. Fast service. I showed up looking to get an estimate and I was pleased with the price. They had my truck on the lift within 5 minutes of walking in and completed the work within an hour. I was offered the opportunity to check the final work and ensure I was happy with the outcome. Definitely recommend this shop. They are knowledgeable and efficient at the work they do!
View on GoogleThis morning I had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Juan Carlos the owner of Express Mufflers in Rosenberg, TX. I met Mr. Carlos a week ago to see if he could do some exhaust work on my 2014 Ford F250 with the 6.2L gasoline V8. I explained what had been done and what I needed done. He lifted the truck, said “no problem”, then proceeded to show me the part he was going to install. Since it was a Saturday and near closing he asked me to be there today at 8:30am because it was going to take some time to do the work correctly. No problem. As he was doing the exhaust work he noticed the poor work that the previous guy did and corrected it the best he could under the circumstances. He explained everything he was doing and why. Once he was done, the work was outstanding and my truck sounds great. HE DOES NOT REMOVE CATALYTIC CONVERTS, he stays within the law. The pictures are before and after. I will be going back for ALL of my exhaust work.

View on GoogleMy husband, fancying himself a welder, attempted to fix our truck's aftermarket muffler system when the tip unexpectedly fell off. His DIY effort, evident in one of the photos, was unfortunately unsuccessful, and the muffler tip detached again. Fortunately, we found Express Muffler. Not only did they provide new muffler tips, but their craftsmanship was both beautiful and impeccable. We're extremely satisfied with their work and highly recommend them. They were lifesavers, accommodating us at short notice, and were a pleasure to work with. Our experience with them was thoroughly enjoyable.
View on Googlenot sure how this place has good reviews. prob fake but the owner is so rude. he didn’t even want to attempt to help me because i guess he thought my job wasn’t worth his time. not recommended I went to another muffler shop and it took them 10 minutes to replace my tips. No cutting, drilling or welding required. pop off and pop on, bolt it in. $100 This owner is so arrogant that he didn’t even attempt to see if he could do it. Customer service is also important. Have better interpersonal skills. This experience tells me he does not care about his customers.
