I have literally used this shop about 4 or 5 times in the past with zero issues (I would have recommended them at one time). Over a month ago, I took my car in for a bad starter. The car drove perfectly fine the same day it was dropped off. The starter went bad so it stopped starting.... Easy fix. Right? Ha It feels like it is being managed by a completely different person. They never call you with updates, and when you can get them to answer the phone, they are quite rude. When I called about the car after they fixed the the starter. They informed me my water pump was bad. Hmmm. I questioned, "so your telling me that the starter and water pump went bad at the same time?". The guy said if I just want to pick the car up, that would be fine (as if I wasn't asking a very legitimate question). I told him no, I wanted the car fixed. He said fine. I waited and waited for them to call. The call never came. 2 weeks later, me and my son called to find out an update. They told me they fixed the pump, but the car was still overheating. What?? How ??? What r u saying? How did this happen? Again the guy told me "if I want to come pick the car up, that would be fine!": ( as if I had no right to question this...a bad starter does not lead to the car overheating!). I told him I wanted the car fixed! He said ok..... I waited and waited like another 2 weeks. I had to call him back and now they told me the head gasket was bad. How this happened from a bad starter ... Beats the hell out of me. I totally regret leaving the car with these rude idiots. Beware if you decide to trust these guys. I'll never go back.

I’ve been looking at the reviews the problem here is the management and apparently the owner if somebody is dissatisfied there is a mature way to explain the situation. I know not all customers you can make happy but if there’s a common complaint, there’s clearly a problem on that end. I also got rude text messages about you can just pick up your car then when I ask legit questions about my car that’s not necessary. That’s part of customer service and everyone has a right to know what’s going on with their vehicle without a rude response of you can just come pick up your car then. They also had my vehicle for over three weeks. No one told me I could come pick it up. No one told me anything about a fee for having it there, and I would’ve gladly came and picked it up and not had it be there if they wouldn’t have killed my brand new battery when I brought it to them telling them something was killing my battery to unhook it until they figured out what it was they did not listen killed my battery and then asked me to go get another one after I brought them a brand new battery and when I say brand new, I bought it that day and told them until they had a chance to get to it to please disconnect it. Then they finally after weeks got to the test told me that my radio was killing my car. Great just to keep the fuse out and then replace my battery when I got a chance in my car would not die anymore. They did the test and that what was coming back was the radio. I understand that people make mistakes, but since they had already killed my first battery and we had to get it warranting out me going back to say another one was killed because they were wrong about what was killing my battery I paid for that test and now I have a car sitting in my driveway dead and the fuse has not been in. I also came in and needed my AC repaired. They told me that the compressor in the clutch were out this I know was true. They replaced it great when I dropped my car off that day. These were the two problems it had when I picked it up weeks later with very little communication and attitude anytime I did ask if my car would ever be done and I would’ve come and got it if they wouldn’t have killed my battery I made sure to record and document this whole situation unfortunately, for some people, there’s nothing they can do when they’re screwed around. I have a family full of nothing but lawyers I’m going to expect something to be done about what happened to my car or I’ll take legal action. The day I picked my car up the fan behind my radiator sounded like shit so it was either not put back on correctly or just like in so many other reviews. Another issue came up. My fan was not going out before then. Me and another mechanic friend had just replaced the radiator the fans not long. It sounded horrible. I then had brought up to the guy that my fan sounds awful and why does it sound like that? It did not run that way when I dropped it off and it did not go out in that time with not even barely being ran. All they said is that they would charge me to put a new fan in instead of even checking to see if it was put in wrong or what could’ve caused the issue that wasn’t an issue before. my AC it blows somewhat cold but let’s put it this way. It can’t keep up with this heat and that AC used to blow out like an iceberg so my AC still isn’t working correctly. I know my car and I know how well that AC works. we did check and it has plenty of Freon. They had to drain a line so I’m assuming it’s because the fan sounds like shit and it’s not able to make the AC work correctly anyone that has an issue take it to another mechanic you trust make sure they look it over to make sure nothing was done directly to your car wrong get evidence of that then you can go after you have to make sure you have a case. I of course, will be asking for a refund for at least some of the work because I do know they did do the work for the clutch and the compressor, but I want my money back for the damage for my fan and for a diagnostic test that was completely bullshit.

This is my go to shop for regular maintenance on my vehicle. Just got work done on my catalytic converter for my car and I’m beyond happy with the service. I appreciate all the work Ansar and his team puts in.
