I came to the Auto Care USA Rosenberg location for a vehicle inspection. The gentleman at the front desk was very polite and welcoming. They quickly checked me in and took my car into service right away. The waiting area was clean and comfortable, so it was easy to relax while my car was being inspected. The service was fast and the price was very reasonable. Overall, a very pleasant experience. Thank you for the great service!
View on GoogleAwesome shop and awesome team - I take my cars there for everything except very specialized non-OEM upgrades that require a tech licensed by the vendor to get a warranty. Always fair, honest and super quick - they can usually do a complex 12 hour job in just 2-3 days. Over the years, AutoCare has replaced my clutch/flywheel, brakes, driveshafts, did two complex engine repairs that required completely taking off an aftermarket supercharger, did the clutch slave cylinder, completely replaced my steering with stronger stabilizers, and I don't remember what else. For non-OEM stuff, they are open to having me order parts directly to the shop, but obviously at my own risk and without warranty on parts/labor, which is completely fair. Seriously, best shop I've used in 20+ years of owning cars, and it's right in the neighborhood.

View on GoogleI love that they’re willing to go above and beyond, especially with the multi-point inspection. The fact that they include photos of the interior wear and any areas that need attention really builds trust. Those photos are especially helpful because they show parts of the vehicle you wouldn’t normally be able to see yourself, allowing you to clearly understand the condition and actually see the damage firsthand.

I was stuck at the gas pump up until I could get a jump. I purchased a battery, called Auto USA asking if they could install it for me. They gladly did so and got me on my way to work. Thanks guys, ya'll are the best!
