I dropped off my truck on October 1st to fix a misfire and a broken A/C system, leaving my phone number for any questions. No call. No message. Nothing. When I finally contacted the mechanic on October 13th, I found out he might be the only mechanic alive who can’t handle an OHC engine. He knew exactly what vehicle I was bringing in—so why accept the job? And seriously, what kind of car can he work on? Since nearly all modern cars have OHC engines, that doesn’t leave many options. His comment on the A/C problem says it all: “I don’t know what to do with AC.”

My girlfriend was driving from DFW to PHX and had battery issues. I called ahead to let the gentleman at the shop know she was coming in, and described the issues. He basically threw his hands in the air and refused to look at the car, a Mercedes ML350 - the most popular and common model of Mercedes ever produced. He said they can’t work on a Mercedes, which is either a testimony of (lack of) skill or not caring about customers. After my girl got there, the mechanic basically did the same thing and told her to go somewhere else, wouldn’t even hook up a scanner. I’ve worked in shops and grown up working on cars, refusing to even look is just blatantly disrespectful. She took it to O’Reillys and they found out the dealership installed the wrong battery and had her out the door in an hour. If O’Reillys can fix what this shop either couldn’t or wouldn’t, try there first - the part time high school students who work there might know more.

Roby automotive /Mark is amazing! Fast friendly service and does his job right and the what he says he will do. I will keep referring folks to him. And I will for sure be taking my vehicle back if or when needed. Thanks Mark!!

Will overcharge for parts and can't install parts if say custom driveshaft is needed. Ended up just doing the work myself.
