Princeton Tires

I had a tire that kept going low, so I had it checked here. Right away, they found a nail, plugged it, and checked all of my other tires. No one tried to upsell or convince me I needed a new tire. In fact, he told me my tires were great. This is always my go-to for anything tire-related.

stopped in on my way to work had a faulty plug causing an air leak. They helped immediately patched it and sent me on my way. Good as new. Great service hard workers.

Every time I come here, I get bad service. But the last time I came, they tried to charge me $70 installation fee for 2 tires I was providing. Good luck getting anyone to pick up the phone I will definitely not be coming back.

I went there for situation which they partially helped me despite making multiple trips they didn’t end up fixing my problem claiming i had the wrong part when it was the right part where i went and got it fixed elsewhere using the same car part this place turn me away!! I would have given 5/5 but 2/5 is for their crew who helped me when i first went there but then after i ordered the part recommended by one of their employees the manager refused to help stating its wrong one which was not true!! Wasted to much time between work back and fourth and yet my issue had to get fixed with same car part in another shop!! Very disappointing !! I will not be back for sure!!!

Stayed open late just so I could make it and get a used tire that was definitely an emergency for me.
