This location is by my home never really paid attention until I needed to get an emissions test done. Upon arrival, I was greeted by a host that was very attentive of my concerns. I got the feeling I was dealing with people that know what they are doing and not gone try to game me like some mechanic shops. I will be bring my vehicles to theirs location in the future and update. 5/23/26 Spoke with Jay and Al. Their customs service was phenomenal. Brought vehicle back after brake change and they helped me to completely understand t he issues I was facing. They explained to me in detail what was going on with my vehicle and even showed me a video to confirm what they explained to me. I am more than happy with their service and I have been put at ease as I was able to get all my questions asked. This is my second visit and i would recommend anyone who needs repairs to check them out. Especially in the Porter area

My transmission needed to be rebuilt, and I went to several shops for an estimate. Not only did Yes Automotive offer a fair price but they gave me a longer warranty (mileage and time) than the other shops offered for my rebuilt transmission. I’ve had zero issues with my transmission thus far.

No pressure, no aggressive sales tactics, just an fyi you need a tune up and that was it. Makes it easy to bring my car there for future services. The staff has always been friendly and the service is pretty quick. I've been to places that even for an oil change they take over an hour even with appts.
View on GoogleFirst time customer. Walked in about 5pm and was promptly greeted by Tony. Car was taken back for inspection as soon as I provided my current insurance card. Waiting area is clean and bright. TV and complimentary water and coffee. Will definitely be back.

The fact that they offer shuttle service anywhere you need to go if you don’t have a ride is awesome. Will be returning if I ever need to in the future.
