I had a cracked valve cover gasket and brought my car to Toon’s Auto, and I’m really glad I did. The team was professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable. They clearly explained the issue, replaced the gasket, and made sure everything was fixed properly. The pricing was fair and transparent—no surprises at all. My cockpit a/c wasn’t working on my 1991 Ford Econoline 350 Van, which was converted into an Airstream B-190 camper van when it was brand new. The compressor was bad. The van was also overheating. I took it to Toon’s and they explained that my a/c compressor wasn’t working and my radiator was cracked and leaking. They replaced the compressor and the radiator. When I picked it up, I immediately noticed that neither problems had been fixed. I had no a/c and the temperature gauge indicated that it was beginning to overheat! I returned it to Toon’s and they said they would figure it out. I have a diagnostic tool for that year vehicle and asked them to use it. I also told them to test drive it before calling me to make sure everything is working properly. They called a week later and said the compressor they installed was bad and leaked. They replaced their defective one, at no extra charge, and test drove it and they said it was now cooling and wasn’t overheating. I picked it up and headed home. En route, the a/c switched from the a/c vents to the floor vents when I reached 65mph. It is obvious that they didn’t use the diagnostic tool and if they test drove it, they didn’t go far or get it up to speed. 10 miles into my drive, the engine light came on!!!!! I’m not sure, at this point, if my van is overheating. I’ve had the van for 7 years and the temp gauge indicator was always straight up when cruising. Now it is a little past the straight up point towards the hot side. Maybe that is the new norm for the new radiator they installed. I can’t recommend them and won’t be taking my van back there. They replied to this review implying that I’m not being honest. By saying that, they are being dishonest. My van was overheating! They found the problem and replaced the radiator. There was a section during the review asking me what services I got. The closest I could find was, “auto water leak repair”. There was no section for “radiator work”, but they definitely did work on an overheating problem and replaced my radiator.

I haven't got to use him yet. I just delivered food you. I'm a very impressed and how polite and nice the gentleman was. They are the. Only mechanic shop that I have been to. That would not charge me to look at my car to see what's wrong with it. That's pretty awesome. I will be taken my car to this shop. awesome?
