View on GoogleI brought my vehicle here to have the water pump replaced. Immediately after the repair, my vehicle began making a loud squealing noise whenever the A/C engaged, which it had never done before. The shop replaced the A/C compressor, but the exact same issue occurred with the new compressor. After discussing it further, the original compressor was reinstalled and the belt system was cleaned, which resolved the squealing noise. However, when I picked up the vehicle I noticed the coolant reservoir was nearly empty, and the A/C is still not cooling properly. I have attempted to contact the shop to discuss these issues, but my calls have not been returned. At this point I’m simply asking for communication and a proper follow-up so the remaining concerns can be addressed. I’m hoping the shop will reach out so we can resolve this situation.

View on GoogleMy 2015 Jeep Patriot A/C stopped blowing cold air. Took it to Texas Auto Care, they did a quick check and found my compressor was bad. While at it, they ran an ABS code I had and said I needed a replacement part. The parts were ordered that day and I dropped it off the next morning. By lunch my car was ready and blowing cold air! They were quick, efficient, helped me find the best bang for my buck on parts, and got me back on the road. Very responsive to calls/texts. I highly recommend!
